1.   Cool on a rack, then loosen the edges of the pan and remove the rim.

2.   If filling has leaked at edges, remove rim of pan while tart is still hot, to avoid sticking.

3.   Invert cooled tart on a plate and remove rim and pan bottom.

4.   Remove pan rim.

5.   Run a thin knife around the inside edge before removing pan rim.
