1. Spread the remaining icing round the sides and, using a spatula or icing smoother, scrape flat and even. 2. Spread the remaining royal icing all over the cake drum. 3. Using the remaining royal icing and a small star tube, pipe little rosettes around the top of the body to form a heart-shaped neckline. 4. Colour the remaining royal icing green and cover the drum around the postbox, peaking with a palette knife for a grass effect. 5. Divide the remaining icing in half, and colour one piece red and one blue. 6. Shape the remaining white icing into hands and feet. |
