1.   Ferrell Construction of Topeka oversaw the renovation, retrofitting all the Florida appointments to the Topeka space and laying down regal red carpeting in selected galleries.

2.   Inside the Clark Athletic Center, where the debate will be held, the floors were covered with red carpeting and rows of folding chairs.

3.   The floor itself was a rabbit warren of tables, the cardinal red carpeting between them forming the contours of Spin Alley.

4.   The red carpeting and draperies in the room had been changed to white.

5.   Workers unpacked crates of office furniture and laid plush red carpeting in the VIP lounge.
