1.   Former Packer Mark Chmura is acquitted of rape without explaining why he was in a hot tub in his underwear at a high school prom party.

2.   Though Chmura admittedly climbed into a hot tub with teen-agers at a prom party, he did receive an acquittal.

3.   A man accused of sexually assaulting a teen-ager at a prom party attended by former NFL star Mark Chmura pleaded no contest Monday to reduced charges.

4.   The woman said her daughter was responsible, with good grades and no discipline problems, though she had previously drank alcohol and drank at the prom party.
