1.   If the case proceeds as similar cases have, Sunflower at some point will file a reorganization plan setting forth how company officials intend to pay off creditors.

2.   That would require a two-thirds vote of the board members, and then all proceeds would have to be given away to charitable causes.

3.   The proceeds will have to help me through the rest of my life.

4.   The proceeds have to be spent on humanitarian goods, with the contracts being approved by the U.N. sanctions committee in New York.
