1.   Shart says he came up with the concept of competitive indoor cycling one day when the teacher of his spinning class left on pregnancy leave.

2.   The union broke down segregation at the plant and helped win rights for women, such as pregnancy leave and better pay.

3.   The Congress of South African Trade Unions, which organized the strike, also wants four of the six-month pregnancy leave to be paid.

4.   The company changed its leave policy but did not change the seniority of workers who took pregnancy leave before then.
