1.   In the present case the plaintiff did not allege, nor did the judge find, any bad faith by the defendants.

2.   Plaintiff alleged that officers of the king broke into his house and searched and took documents.

3.   But they strongly denied that the company does little to hire blacks, as the plaintiffs also allege.

7.   Plaintiffs alleged the phone company was negligent by failing to provide adequate fire detection and suppression systems.

8.   Plaintiffs have alleged that the ignition mechanisms fail at high temperatures and cause the engines to stall.

9.   Plaintiff has never alleged that the Governor used force or that there was any genital contact between them.

10.   Plaintiffs alleged that attorneys had never even met some of their clients before the settlement.
