1.   Distribute the pear mixture over the bread, then pour the custard over.

2.   Mix and sift all dry ingredients together and add to pear mixture.

3.   Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over surface of pear mixture.

4.   Spoon pear mixture over chops, then sprinkle with blue cheese.
