1. A Pacific cold front will promote patchy mountain snow and spotty valley showers in the Northwest. 2. Coastal showers and patchy mountain snows will develop in western Washington and western Oregon as a jet stream disturbance from British Columbia interacts with Pacific moisture. 3. Except for some patchy mountain clouds, most of the Southwest will be sunny. 4. In the West, high pressure will provide ample sun in the Northwest, while patchy mountain snows are likely east of the high in the northern Rockies. 5. In the wake of the storm, the interior West will remain quite cold with patchy mountain snow. 6. Isolated showers and patchy mountain snows will speckle the Great Basin across northern Nevada, southern Idaho and parts of interior Washington and Oregon. 7. Patchy mountain snow and valley showers will accompany a strengthening disturbance over the interior Northwest. 8. Breezy higher elevations with patchy mountain fog. 9. Patchy mountain fog. |
