1.   Police in south China have arrested five people for peddling panda skins and confiscated two giant panda pelts, the official Xinhua News Agency reported Wednesday.

2.   Poachers and traffickers in panda skins have been executed.

3.   In April, police in Shenzhen, which borders Hong Kong, confiscated a panda skin and arrested four people trying to sell it to a Hong Kong businessman.

4.   Two panda skins were found in his house and police arrested Zhao and another man, Xinhua said.
