1.   It has oat flour, oat bran, cocoa and egg whites.

2.   Oatrim, which was developed by the Agriculture Department, is hydrolyzed oat flour and is derived from a process that frees soluble dietary fibers from oat bran.

3.   The agency expanded it to include products that contain whole oat flour and allowed more oat products to qualify for the claim.

4.   The milk, made with nonfat milk and a mixture that contains oat flour, is expected to be available by the fall in many parts of the country.

5.   There is even something called Replace, a new skim milk fortified with oat flour to improve its texture and add fiber.
