1.   At once, spray with nonstick spray and dust with a little garlic salt.

2.   A lid from a can of nonstick cooking spray, for example, works great.

3.   Brown chicken over high heat in deep saute pan or Dutch oven coated with nonstick spray.

4.   Brush rack with oil or spray the rack with nonstick cooking spray.

5.   Carefully lift onto cookie sheets that have been sprayed with nonstick spray.

6.   Carefully remove rack from grill and coat with nonstick cooking spray.

7.   Coat a large, shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

8.   Coat a large, heavy baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

9.   Coat an unheated large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray.

10.   Coat grill rack with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
