1.   The only problem arose at Folkestone where the cliff lift was not working so some of our members were unable to get into town.

2.   The lifts nearly always work, the drivers are helpful and enthusiastic and the buses go anywhere, even if they are slow.

3.   This lift works the trapezius muscle, which provides critical support for the neck.

4.   The shops are filled with skis, boots and bright clothes, the lifts are working and the welcome mat is out.

5.   The lifts no longer work and the long corridors are deserted and freezing.
