1.   Let dry normally.

2.   Let dry, and rinse.

3.   Put another layer on, let dry, and a third layer, let dry and sand smooth.

4.   Scrub on, let dry, then hose off with plain water.

5.   Then fill the joints with joint compound, smooth off and apply paper tape, smooth joint compound over the tape, let dry, and sand smooth.
