1. Stir small amount of lemon mixture into the egg yolks and then add the yolks to the pan. 2. Barely half-fill the two small basins with lemon cake mixture and place the remainder in the large bowl. 3. A tangy lemon mixture bakes on top of a buttery cookie crust in these rich lemon-lover treats. 4. Add beaten eggs to lemon mixture, and stir well. 5. Add lemon juice mixture. 6. In a shallow, nonreactive dish, combine lemon mixture and chicken. 7. Place the cooked rice in a large bowl, add the apple mixture and pour in the remaining lemon mixture. 8. Pour lemon mixture into chilled crust. 9. Pour lemon mixture over lime Jell-O, and chill until firm. |
