1.   Eventually the rarer genes will disappear and the genetic types leaving fewer offspring will become extinct.

2.   No wonder parents increasingly refuse to leave their offspring with anyone other than a family member or trusted adult.

3.   Since some overwinter or leave their offspring in the nearby soil, plants can suffer the same problems season after season.

4.   The difference is that all do-gooder parents eventually die, thus leaving their offspring to fend for themselves.
