1.   Fuad said he had also compiled a comprehensive list of illegal arcade operators.

2.   Fuad was recounting his own encounter with the thugs employed by the illegal video arcade operators who marked him for initiating spearheading operations against illegal video game arcades.

3.   He hoped with the amendments to the enactment, the authorities would take appropriate action against the owners of premises and operators of illegal video arcades.

4.   He also told police that he and his family had received telephone calls with the callers warning Fuad to cease the campaign against illegal video arcades.

5.   He said illegal video arcades had also become a centre for dadah trafficking, gambling and gangsterism.

6.   He said the huge profits reaped by illegal video arcade operators not only caused the Government heavy losses but also corrupted the minds of youths.

7.   Now a Selangor Executive Councillor in charge of stopping the mushrooming of illegal video arcades has been harassed, threatened, and had paint splashed on his house walls.

8.   Selangor police chief Deputy Commissioner Datuk Kamaruddin Hamzah said today police were checking if the man was an illegal video arcade employee or a secret society member.

9.   STATE Executive Councillor Datuk Fuad Hassan broke down yesterday when he came out hard against the mushrooming of illegal video arcades.
