1.   Just before guests arrive remove ice mold from freezer.

2.   Make second ice mold.

3.   Place side of container under hot water and remove ice mold from container by slowly turning neck of bottle.

4.   Place ice mold on tray with folded napkin underneath to absorb any melting ice.

5.   Plastic ice molds in the shape of fruit can brighten up the drink glasses and keep beverages colder longer.

6.   When making ice mold, instead of flowers, use same ingredient as flavoring.
