1.   Beat the whole eggs and yolks together with a hand beater.

2.   Beat, using a hand rotary beater or electric mixer, only until soft peaks form.

3.   Again, use a large spoon or a hand rotary beater.

4.   Use a hand rotary beater, whisk or electric mixer to beat the mixture until it is completely blended and all one color.
