1.   Place the frozen rolls on a greased baking tray.

2.   Complete the meals by heating frozen rolls and vegetables and serving precut salads.

4.   Let the frozen rolls defrost in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours or overnight.

5.   Place frozen rolls in pan.

6.   Remove the frozen mushroom rolls, coq au vin and potato dish from the freezer and start to defrost in the refrigerator.
