1.   Bratton said the Hyatt Regency had not cooperated in the investigation, forcing the department to file a subpoena to gain access to guest registration records.

2.   It added that Moran did not need to file a subpoena, but could simply ask for it as part of the discovery process.

3.   Pride said the state also plans to file a subpoena seeking a Cressman audit.

4.   The subpoena had been filed by a man who had participated in a common law court in Wichita, Kan., in June.

5.   Florida has already filed subpoenas for a potential civil lawsuit.
