1.   A recreational dive boat company will be charged over the disappearance of American couple Thomas and Eileen Lonergan, a Queensland state cabinet minister announced Sunday.

2.   Charges have been filed under the Workplace Health and Safety Act against a north Queensland dive company allegedly responsible for the disappearance of two American divers.

3.   Dive Elite International Inc. is one of the few dive companies in the Philippines specializing in live-aboard dive tours.

4.   Industrial Relations Minister Santo Santoro told a news conference he had advice from the Crown Law Office that a case existed against the dive boat company and its management.

5.   Outer Edge, the dive charter company which took the Lonergans to the reef, refused to comment Wednesday.

6.   The tourists have filed separate civil action against dive company Reef Adventures alleging breach of contract, negligence and breach of statutory duty.
