1.   Interactively, a message will be displayed on the form and the cursor returned to the offending field.

2.   If the information entered into any field is invalid, an error message will be displayed at the foot of the page.

3.   If any information has been entered incorrectly, an appropriate error message will be displayed and the cursor will move to the field in error.

4.   When input is complete, the user should press RETURN and a message will be displayed while the report is being generated.
