1.   Discard pulp.

2.   Gather the gratings together, squeeze out the juice into the bowl and discard the pulp.

3.   Gently press the nage through a sieve, discarding pulp.

4.   Press through a sieve into a bowl, discarding pulp.

5.   Save juice and orange shells but discard pulp.

6.   Separate pulp from skin, and discard pulp.
