1. Dip rims into salt. 2. Dip rim in coarsely ground salt. 3. Dip rim of a martini glass in water, then in celery salt to coat. 4. Dip the rim of a martini glass into a shallow bowl of water. 5. Dip the rim of martini glasses in water then into a plate of sugar to coat the rim. 6. Dip the rim of two martini glasses into water then into a plate of sugar to coat the rims. 7. Immediately dip rims into sugar mixture to obtain a thin coating. 8. One by one, dip the rims of six wine glases, goblets or martini glasses in the yogurt, the pepper and the salt. 9. Using a chilled glass, dip rim of glass in blue Curacao and then sugar. |
