1.   - Bryan McFarland of Jackson County contends that his mother, Wilma McFarland, died of cancer after being treated with diluted drugs.

2.   - Mary Shaughnessy of Jackson County contends that she was treated with diluted drugs and that her condition worsened.

3.   - Norma Register of Blue Springs, Mo., contends that her cancer spread after treatment with diluted drugs.

4.   The FBI has said that homicide or manslaughter charges are possible if investigators link the diluted drugs to a death.

5.   The FBI is advising patients who think they may have received diluted drugs to contact their doctors.

6.   They have confirmed that at least one of those patients died, although they have not said that the diluted drug was the cause.

7.   Today federal authorities planned to resume their search of records to find patients who may have received diluted drugs.

8.   U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert E. Larsen also heard an FBI agent testify that at least one patient who received the diluted drugs is dead.

9.   Bayer said it knew of no patients harmed by the diluted drug, and was unsure what effects it would have on a patient.
