1.   Half said such denials had caused a decline in the overall health of their patients.

2.   The denial of slavery causes psychological slavery that perpetuates teen-age pregnancy, welfare dependency, AIDS, homicide and high prison rates.

3.   The Democratic bill would have changed federal law to permit patient lawsuits in state court when health plan coverage denials caused injury or death.

4.   This denial is causing economic confusion.
