2.   Almost all damage is, in the early stages, reversible provided people stop drinking alcohol.

3.   Away from the main streets there was less damage.

5.   But they submitted that the damage was too remote.

6.   Damage is light, and there are no deaths or injuries because the residents live well above sea level.
