1.   By contrast a municipal corporation was a public governmental authority with administrative duties owed to all the inhabitants of its area.

7.   Among the mine-owning companies involved are major corporations such as Du Pont and General Dynamics.

8.   Set aside the question of law, whether the corporation is guilty of a crime or legally responsible to compensate victims or their families.
