1.   Combine juice with cornstarch over low heat.

2.   Sift flour, salt and cornstarch over batter and fold until batter is just combined.

3.   Sift the flour and cornstarch over the eggs in three additions, folding them in gradually.

4.   Sprinkle cornstarch over top and whisk to dissolve.
