1.   On Wednesday, Turkey and Syria signed a cooperation protocol for transportation that could pave the way for increased trade and tourism.

2.   The agreement was contained in a cooperation protocol signed by Bogomil Bonev of Bulgaria and Sergei Stepashin of Russia.

3.   The interior ministers of Ukraine and Russia signed a cooperation protocol on Wednesday to enhance coordination in the fight against organized and economic crime.

7.   The French defence minister and his Macedonian counterpart Sunday signed a defence cooperation protocol, whose main element deals with the training of Macedonian military staff in France.

8.   The official news agency INA said that during his trip Saleh would sign a cooperation protocol to develop bilateral cooperation in agriculture.
