1.   Legislative acts that levied taxes and defined benefits have never contained any provisions for investing in assets to provide future benefits.

2.   Successive statutes, principally the Bankruptcy Acts and the Companies Acts, contained provisions regulating this subject matter.

3.   The Government attaches great importance to the training of food handlers and the new Food Safety Act contains specific provisions on this.

4.   The Rules do contain adequate provisions for appeal by the person upon whom a notice is served.

5.   The agreement also contained a provision to increase security along the Tajik-Afghan border.

6.   The agreement contained a provision that currency values would eventually be dictated by the strength of the respective economies.

7.   Both English civil and criminal evidential statutes contain provisions concerned with how the court should judge the weight, or probative value, of the evidence.
