1.   Among the favorite items were chicken bones, a concoction with cinnamon candy on the outside and chocolate on the inside.

2.   Add cinnamon candy to boiling water and stir until candy is dissolved.

3.   Combine sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon candies and water in medium saucepan.

4.   For wreaths, add cinnamon candies to represent holly berries.

5.   That was long before red cinnamon candies were used to flavor the syrup and before caramel apples came in vogue.
