4.   Three U.S. Army sergeants were charged Friday with crimes ranging from rape to sexual mistreatment of women soldiers at a military training center in Darmstadt.

5.   The incident comes on the heels of a sexual harassment scandal in the US Army, where drill sergeants were charged with rape and other abuse of female trainees.
