1.   Combine marshmallow mixture and cereal mixture, stirring quickly.

2.   Pour over the cereal mixture in the pan, tossing lightly to coat evenly.

3.   Pour the cereal mixture into the biscuit mix mixture and stir.

4.   Sprinkle cereal mixture on top of spinach mixture.

5.   When cool, place cereal mixture in large bowl.
