1.   The case will revert to the Federal District Court to determine damages, if any.

2.   But if he rejects their arguments, the case immediately reverts back to Straw.

3.   If the High Court finds that permission was properly granted, the case reverts back to the magistrate who will begin the trial.

4.   If the High Court says that the permission is valid, then the case reverts back to the magistrate who will begin trying her.

5.   The case now reverts to the ITC, where an affirmative determination that harm had been done to US manufacturers will enable Commerce to impose dumping penalties.
