1.   Add the carrot mixture to the flour mixture and whisk just until combined.

2.   Ease the rectangle off the plate and on top of carrot mixture and gently press down.

3.   Form into a rectangle that will fit on top of carrot mixture.

4.   Lightly fold egg whites into carrot mixture.

5.   Mix together and sprinkle on top of carrot mixture.

6.   Pour over carrot mixture and toss well.

7.   Pour the carrot juice mixture around the rice.

8.   Put carrot mixture on top of stuffing and smooth out evenly.

9.   Stir Dressing into carrot mixture with walnuts and raisins.
