2.   The new alliance plans to offer international voice, video and data services to consumers and businesses, and carrier services to other telecommunications businesses.

3.   The new service is being introduced six months after the state-owned carrier introduced similar services on intra-European routes back in March.

4.   It includes an electronic and credit card payment system, as well as a satellite-based international carrier services for credit card authorization.
