1.   An exception will be in western Washington and Oregon, where westerly breezes direct clouds and chilly ocean air inland.

2.   Farther east, onshore breezes will direct ocean-cooled air inland across much of the Middle Atlantic, keeping readings well below normal.

3.   Farther north, offshore breezes will direct dry air toward the Northwest Coast, providing much of Washington and Oregon with mostly sunny skies and mild conditions.

4.   Farther north, brisk onshore breezes will direct damp, ocean-cooled air inland across the Northeast.

5.   Gusty breezes will direct drier air into the Northeast.

6.   In the Northwest, onshore breezes will direct clouds and showers onto the northern Washington coast, while most other places remain dry.

7.   Onshore breezes will direct cool air with spotty showers into the western Washington.

8.   Onshore breezes will direct damp air inland across much of New England and parts of the Middle Atlantic States.

9.   Onshore breezes will direct damp and cool air into the Northwest Coast while generally dry conditions cover eastern sections of Washington and Oregon.

10.   Some of the rain will progress into the Carolinas and Virginia where onshore breezes will direct ocean-cooled air inland.
