1.   It brings to mind pleasing thoughts of pasta with a pork ragu, cured meats, roasted carrots and braised rabbit with olives.

2.   Not enough time for braised rabbit ragout with butternut squash, currants and spinach pappardelle?

3.   R.W. Apple Jr. was pleased by how the cabernet francs complemented a dish of braised rabbit.

4.   The menu sticks to old-fashioned Middle European comfort food, with chestnut soup, braised rabbit, goulash and apple strudel featured for the month of October.

5.   The taste of wild strawberries and the sweet-tart balance of the wine was an excellent match with braised rabbit rillette.

6.   With a main course of braised rabbit, I had a medium-weight amontillado, with just enough heft and depth to match the richness of the dish.
