1.   Add the sauteed vegetables and the beet mixture.

2.   Or spoon chilled beet mixture into shallow soup plates, add cabbage, and top with gefilte fish.

3.   Reheat beet mixture, spoon into warmed shallow soup plates, sprinkle with julienned cabbage and top with fish.

4.   Scrape beet mixture into skillet, and press with spatula to form a round.

5.   Transfer the beet mixture, in batches, to a food processor and process until very well mixed with no chunks of beet remaining.
