1.   In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.

2.   In a small bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.

3.   Sift together the flour and baking powder and dump this into the egg-milk mixture.

4.   Sift together the flour and baking powder, and add to the egg mixture, stirring until fully absorbed.

5.   Sift together the cake flour and baking powder.

6.   Sift flour and baking powder onto a piece of waxed paper or into a bowl, then add to egg mixture alternately with milk.
