1. Both the House and the White House produced versions of a bailout bill Thursday that supporters hope will pass the House before the weekend. 2. A previous bailout bill provided liability limits for the airlines, but the new language would also include plane builders, building owners and other involved parties. 3. But Commerce Committee member Sen. Max Cleland, D-Ga., said the bailout bill may not have any impact at all on relations with the industry. 4. Despite these gains, traders caution that parliamentary dithering over who foots the bailout bill will prevent U.S. and European investors from actively bidding up shares. 5. Most political analysts and experts agree the bailout bill will pass, since legislators realize that it if fails the financial markets here and abroad would react badly. 6. Security legislation is likely to be considered after Congress completes a bailout bill. 7.
