1.   Two of these are the Via Arcadiana linking the theatre and the harbour and the Street of Kuretes which ascends the hill.

2.   Many Florentines ascend the hill just to visit the restaurant at Villa San Michele.

3.   The trail ascends a hill to the left, heading northwest, then meanders through brushy swales.

4.   There is no need to ascend the hill by foot.
