1.   After all, you can always see the blade of a radial arm saw, but few people feel the radial arm is safer than the table saw.

2.   Conditionally acceptable tools are things like table or radial arm saws which work well enough if kept in good condition, but resist that condition.

3.   However, I would never counsel anyone to buy a radial arm saw instead of a table saw.

4.   However, nothing is simple about a radial arm saw.

5.   Radial arm saws are a lot more complicated than table saws.
