1.   The anal skin tag and gums were biopsied and a thoracotomy and lung biopsies were performed.

2.   Granulomatous inflammation was present in the buccal mucosa, right middle and lower lobes of the lung, and the anal skin tag.

3.   We have found no recorded case where intestinal sarcoidosis has been manifest as an anal skin tag associated with a microscopic colitis.

4.   There was an ill defined mass in the right iliac fossa and multiple anal skin tags.
