1.   Bicycles are not allowed on the sidewalk.

2.   Bicycles are not allowed on Cumberland, because much of the island is a federal wilderness area where mechanized gizmos of any sort are prohibited.

3.   A few years ago signs started popping up along city-owned park trails indicating that bicycles were not allowed.

4.   Densely wooded Port-Cros is a strictly protected natural reserve, where camping is prohibited and even bicycles are not allowed.
