1.   Cool, dry air will stretch across the Southeastern states on Monday, with partly to mostly sunny skies.

2.   Elsewhere, dry but cool air will stretch from southern California to southern Arizona.

3.   Meanwhile, unusually warm air will stretch from the Front Range to the southern Plains.

4.   The leading edge of cooler, less humid air will stretch from southern Virginia to the central Plains.

5.   Very warm air will also stretch from the deserts of the Southwest to the western Gulf Coast states.

6.   Very warm air will stretch from the desert Southwest to Texas and lower Mississippi Valley on Monday.
