1.   Armed with stolen documents detailing how addictive nicotine is, the smokers charged cigarette companies with not warning customers that smoking was addictive.

2.   Even so, that admission leaves the companies vulnerable to the grave charge that they control the dose of addictive nicotine in cigarettes to keep their customers hooked.
