1.   The accused himself must know of the obligation.

2.   The accused need not know that the owner does not consent or know that the conveyance has been taken without authority.

3.   In the allowing form the accused must know that the conveyance has been taken without lawful authority.

5.   The accused must know that he has the prohibited article.

6.   It is handling if the accused knows or believes the goods to be stolen.

7.   The three accused did not know each other until they struck up their electronic relationship.

8.   The accused cannot see the documents or testimony that condemns him, nor may the accused know where the material originates.

9.   The accused knew their place.

10.   The accused knew the crimes were taking place, the court found.
